Every individual in Madison City Schools has an individual lunch account.
All students are provided with a meal account. This account will be automatically set-up for them. Faculty and staff will also be provided with a meal account. On the first day of attendance, each student will receive a private cafeteria account number from their homeroom teacher. Please help your child learn this number and keep it confidential. Your child will use the same personal identification number (PIN) until graduation. When a student wishes to purchase an item from the cafeteria, they enter their PIN in to a keypad located at the cash register and the purchase will be recorded on their account. You may track your child's purchases atPayPAMS.
You can pay with a credit or debit card by using PayPams.
PayPAMS- Parent Account Management System is available for viewing meal transactions and making payments to your child's lunch account with Madison City Schools. This service is available to you at a rate of $1.95 per transaction for the 2016-2017 school year. This fee is charged by the PayPAMS system, not by Madison City Schools. You can save on processing fees if you have more than one child by posting a payment to one child and then transferring funds to your other child/ren. If you have questions about this site or transferring funds, please contact the Child Nutrition Bookkeeper at 256-464-8370 Ext. 10367.
You may pre-pay to a lunch account at any time by check, by cash, or by using PayPAMS. All elementary money is collected by the homeroom teacher and sent to the lunchroom each morning. Enclose the check or cash in a sealed envelope with the student's name, homeroom teacher, and lunch account number clearly written on the front. You may send one check for all of your children.
Detailed information about your child's account may be provided at any time upon request by the parent or guardian. If you would like a print out detailing the history of your child's account activity, simply call the school cafeteria and a report will be sent home promptly. You may also track your child's purchases at PayPAMS.
